Best mobile phone provider if I only want to call 1 person ?

Simple question, I am looking to buy a mobile phone but I will most call only 1 person so which provider would be the best for this ?

I have no hesitations that somebody will be able to help so thanks in advance :beer:

ermm depends what the network the other person is on ?

if both have voda sims use the friends and family plan for £5 odd a month, call as much as you want you just got to hang up every 60mins and call again,
