Try using free Photoshop on-line: https://www.photoshop.com or Paint.Net both far more intuitive than GIMP. Or if you have a few quid to spend get Photoshop Elements, or if you have plenty, get full Photoshop!
There are all sorts of techniques to retouch to remove creases, using the clone tool alone may not result in a pleasing image, best to work with different channels, blend, use all sorts of tools for the perfect result.0 -
