Took out 2 contracts with them in January 2006 (8th Jan & 26th Jan)
On the Cashback vouchers it says 'Claim at 4 months', whereas all the other CPW retailers like e2save say 'Send in the 4th airtime bill' (which is much easier.
When do I send the OSPS cashbacks in? The 4th bill (which will be in May 2006), or 4th month (Which will be in APRIL)?
Very confused!

I took out a 12 month contract with them in July and I was also confused. I gave them a ring and they basically said that as the date I started the contract with them was the 22nd July, I would have 30 days from 22nd November (4 months) to send my airtime bill in. When I asked which bill to send in, they said that I should send in my most recent bill in that period. This applied to the 8th and 12th month too.
If they haven't changed policy since then it will probably go like that. They were pretty happy to explain it to me over the phone if you'd like to do that for peace of mind.
Hope this helps

The wording of their cashback was very confusing, sent my 4th bill and was told I was a month early, in the end I rang them and was told it was the 4th, 8th and 12th month of contract....
Took my contract out in July last year...the same as Happysaver, just received my second cashback :P
Word of warning, if you have a deal with a auto cashback, make sure they send the cheque...I'd forgot and it was 3 months later when I realised I hadn't received it...rang them and had an appology and the cheque within a few days...I bet there are loads who forget and don't get itWelcome, rogerramjet.
