    I wish. :D

It said mine had an average valuation of £135k. I'd be lucky to get £65 for it. :o

It valued mine as an average of £240k. I paid £180k for it 6 weeks ago! Nothing in this road has ever sold for more than £200k so I can't imagine what it's basing its calculations on.

This was pretty much spot on for my house.......but that's probably because of the number of similar houses going for similar prices around here.

just had mine valued 1 month ago by 3 estate agents, according to this website they've overvalued it by at least 200k (lower valuation) to 290k for the highest!!!! I wish!!!

nifty little tool - mine said an average value of £195k for a house I paid £180k for two weeks ago

also did a conservative estimation - said overall condition was "good" but we're going through lots of 'renovation' and DIY to bring it back up to standard

seems pretty accurate to the market, houses on the same estate as mine recently sold at £195k

I'm rich. I paid £135k 4 years ago and mine came out at lower £280k, average £325k higher £380k. BTL here I come, any one can make money out of property.

Reality check, last one in the street achieved £207.5k, one currently for sale at £220k. Can't think of anything that has achieved more than £315k on the estate.

Our house is apparently worth £330,000 but would be worth £50,000 more if we had electric gates!
