Actually, there's no such thing as being 'transferred to a premium rate number'. The only way to be charged at premium rate is to dial a premium rate number from the outset.0 -
Calling did seem to have the effect of my PayPal claim moving immediately from 'awaiting response from buyer' to 'PayPal are reviewing your claim'.
I don't know what would have happened next because the item arrived today so I cancelled the claim. (The daft seller had sent it to the wrong address).0 -
We got this a few weeks ago. Made things feel like they were actually getting done. They don't want the number being shared out though, a trial thing they didn't want to get flooded with phonecalls for yet. I'm surprised someones not put it up here sooner.0
