Orange let their customers upgrade from month 15 on an 18month contract meaning that you would be due for upgrade at some point in July 2010.
There are a couple of other options in the mean time:
1) If you don't like your handset you could buy a pay as you go phone and use your contract sim in it.
2) You could see if the information in the "Orange Price Changes" thread applies to you.0 -

Yeh I mean you've had that handset what, four months now? You must be pretty sick of it, phone Orange, moan about the t&cs and get a new handset right now!!0
