Cheapest days to fly to Paris

I'm thinking about flying (yes, flying from the UK, is this a wise decision?) to Paris around Christmas time for a short two night break... when would be the cheapest days to fly? I've heard that some days are more expensive due to their popularity...

do a dummy booking and find out

most airlines offer a booking system where they show you the prices on previous and subsequent days to find the cheapest fares.

book it now, and you'll probably get your choice of days

Go to http://www.skyscanner.net

You can enter your departure airport, arrival airport, and select dates as "Whole Month" it will give you a bar chart f all the days and the prices

BTW Through train tickets from UK railway stations via St Pancras to Paris are available.
Where are you in the Uk?

Train is quicker and much more pleasant than a flight to CDG. Drops you off in the centre of Paris and takes less total time than flying (when including airport waiting times and transport from CDG into central Paris).
