12 Month Contract required

Options
just cancelled my previous contract with t mobile, as had no signal at my flat, and looking at 12 months contracts- they have became so rare!

Been researching all week on what phone i want, and to be honest, none of them really tick all my boxes so have decided to have a short 12 month contract so that next year i can get a new handset when the better models are coming out.
I dont want to be tied down on a 18 or worse still a 24 month contract on a handset im not really fussy for in the first place.

I would idealy like a Touch Hd, or if pushed a samsung 8910hd.
My current use is about 400 mins and 500 texts, but would like web access as part of the contract also.

It also has to be a network that will work in my flat, so oranage, vodafone or three. o2 and t mobile are defo no no.

Im willing to pay up to 45 quid a month for a free phone, or under 40 for a payed phone (max £70), bearing in mind this handset is old, been out for almost a year it should be easy to find.

Best deal i can get so far is Orange 12month 200 min, 500 texts, £129 for handset at 30 quid a month, extra fiver if i get 500mb free web.
or dolphin £45 400 mins, 700 texts, £34.99 for handset and extra fiver for the free web.

I've searched every website known to man, no sure what to do, should i wait til a better dear comes out? so confused,. please help:)

Amanda

May I recommend you go for the Nokia 5800 with Vodafone.

Normally it's £40pcm with 600 mins, unlimited text and unlimited internet, plus the phone also has wifi capability and will connect to a wifi. We are taking ours on holiday and will use it to check email etc.

    Contract length 12 months

However, I managed to get 1/2 price line rental for 9 months, making it £300 for the whole year.

If you do go with them and negotiate the same (or better) package, keep a close eye on the welcome letter and your bills to make sure you are being correctly charged.

Excellent deal hugosp, that's really good considering it's a 12 month contract. You can upgrade in the 9th month, while I'll have to wait until april 2011 :(
