Nice cycle paths / trails ?

The cycle paths in the Afan Valley(port talbot) are lovely. Afan Argoed, Glyncorrwg etc. Get loads of bikey tourists here now since new paths have been put in.

Bit of a drive but as others have said the ride from Swansea out to the Mumbles is fantastic - on a good day I don't think you'll beat it. Flat the entire way and plenty of places down the Mumbles for chips, ice creams etc...

Just watch out for the land train and pedestrians at the Mumbles end though!;)

Afan Argoed in Port Talbot is a lovely ride and also there's a lovely cycle path from Swansea town centre all the way along the seafront to mumbles where you can stop and get a lovely ice cream at Verdi's as reward for all the hard work!
