I usually find a lot of the JML stuff is a bit overrated...Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford

I've now worked out the ratchet thingy (hey, no thing to squeeze your mop into needed inthe bucket  ) but you still need a bucket and ideally one long enough as the tendrils get pulled out. It's also quite heavy to lift and squeeze when it is full of water and I've already pinched the skin of my finger in the ratchet thing :rotfl:

God, my life is just one rollercoaster of rock and roll isn't it to be discussing the finer points of mop design......

Snags - I hope you get things straight with him soon - relationships shouldn't be hard work.
Makes me realise how lucky I was when I met DH, we spoke online a few times, met and it just worked. Pretty good job really, I couldn't be @rsed with all the complicated stuff.
BB - I had a cheaper version of that mop from somewhere - I twisted it too hard and cracked the thingy, first use.

BB, I feel like that all the time, only for me it not the mop. I am obsessed with 2 things in my life and thats it just now. Nevermind though people an always tell me to shut up :rotfl:
I have decided I love excercise ~ yes me of all people  Dont know if I am doing too much though but I am sure I can always do more. Back from my weigh in and that much closer to my next goal. Not into the 100lb's yet though (ie 1XXlb etc) but maybe next week?
Snaggs sorry you are having such problems with Mr S. I remember you talking about him last Sunday. I hope things improve or you move on when it right :A0 -

Both my kids are in bed, whoop!!
Thanks for the comments about Mr Sunday, I'll just see how things go over the next week or two and then will decide what's best.
If I could just stop fancying him, he would be a lovely friend to have, but it's not that simple, and knowing he fancies me too doesn't help.
Silly man.

Hey thanks Snaggs, everything as gone dead really on the Cd thread so I am finding inspiration on another forum and youtube just now. Managed 8lb this week (into the 14's) but it was 3 weeks worth and I worked up the plans 1000/810/SS and binged so brill really. My CDC showed me my before and now photo too, wow even I can see a change now. I have challenged myself to do 100% for 29 days and so far so good :T going to try and be 100% till holiday if I can then go up to 1000/810 for that week.
Oh if only I can bottle this feeling for down days
The quote is my fave just now, have too many that I love though....0
