Who is the best person to complain to OSPS
Sent my cashback off on 20 March recorded delivery, can see signature on screen with Royal Mail. OSPS "haven't logged it. Sent copies by fax twice, sent by email twice, they have acknowledged receipt but customer services still haven't passed it on to the cashback section as of today. I am now out of the claim period.
Any advice on what to do next
