If you are an existing onetel customer you may find the following information useful:
Q Later this year will I transfer over to Talk talk from onetel as the companies merge?
A All customers will eventually be assimilated into Talktalk. We are encouraging all our customers to take advantage of the new offer.[/I]
Q If so will this offer (or some other new offer) be made to me as an existing customer, so I don't have to go into a new 18 month contract?
A All existing customers are eligible for the new offer but all customers moving to the new offer will begin a new 18 month contract.
Q Are onetel going to bring out new deals, or have you stopped taking on any new customers?
A Onetel have stopped taking on new customers. All new customers are being referred to the new Talktalk package.
I hope that the above has been of assistance to you.
Thank you for choosing TalkTalk/Onetel.
