ebay fees overdue

Hello
I'm rather new to ebay and i was wondering if more experienced ebayers could give me a bit of advice...
When i set up my seller account i selected to pay ebay fees via direct debit( i also recieved the confirmation email from them saying that the request was successful and bank had accepted etc etc ) but today I found out that my account has been put on hold because my fees are overdue??
However, to not get suspended I made a one-time payment via paypal but now my question is: will I be charged twice this month? if yes, is there any way to claim a refund as i'm not keen to pay them more than once?
I tried to contact ebay customer service but I got nothing but an automated response which was pretty useless...
Many thanks in advance for your help!!!!

I don't know if this will help, but I mistakenly set up an automatic payment from PayPal and then also paid my invoice with a one off payment. I then realised and thought I might get charged twice, but I only had the one charge.DMP mutual support number 174Total debt now (April 10) £0! - total paid off £30,221 or 100%I'm now debt free after 6 years!!:jNon smoker since June 2006 :j0

Me too - sometimes I get my bill, which is set up d/d then pay it from my paypal straight away to get the bill out of the road and the direct debit doesn't materialise. I guess you would need to make sure and do this before they present the d/d to the bank so in good time before d/d is due to come off.milliejon wrote:I don't know if this will help, but I mistakenly set up an automatic payment from PayPal and then also paid my invoice with a one off payment. I set up my eBay account to pay the fees automatically by direct debit but never have they taken the money out by direct debit. It says on my account: your account is set-up for automatic payments but I've no idea why it doesn't work. Every month I seem to get a reminder saying my fees are overdue so I just make a one-time payment via PayPal.-->♥<-- Sugar Coated Owl -->♥<--

That's wierd then - I would just do a one off payment every time you get the bill through! Once it's paid it's out of the way.DMP mutual support number 174Total debt now (April 10) £0! - total paid off £30,221 or 100%I'm now debt free after 6 years!!:jNon smoker since June 2006 :j0

I've just started selling too. I've also set up for my fees to be paid automatically through Paypal. If I keep enough money in my Paypal account to cover my Ebay fees, will it then come straight out of my Paypal account and not out of my bank? I've also set up a DD with my bank.0

Does everyone have this problem with DD? Ive set mine up with DD, my payments are due in about 2 weeks (would be my first), hope they take the money from there as my paypal account doesnt have money and cant really be bothered to put some money in there. There isnt a paypal charge or some sort when I put some money in my paypal acocunt from my bank?0
