Did you ever think that maybe some people are happy with Orange? That maybe they dont want to cancel. As for the £250/phone and Wii, Stop talking rubbish, They woudnt have recieved the cashback.

I managed to cancell 1 of my contracts no problem, but they said I couldn't cancel the other as it hadn't gone outside its minutes???

Damn, just got of the phone and no luck.
The lady said I hadn't used any 0870 numbers in the past 2 months and even if I wanted to take it further I could but that their legal team had checked the contracts.0 -

The change has nothing to do with 08 numbers. Read through the thread above, you will be able to get out of your orange contract.0 -
