Whats the best BT card in your opinions??
The one that gives the highest limit, with the longest duration, and fee-free of course!!

There's a couple of lists here and here.

    thanks again yorkshire.

    youre a star !! :j

Are there any other cards about that can offer a simmilar service to egg (just incase i get declined). I have a mint card which I believe offers 0% on credit card cheques (after 7 months of card being issued or in jan 07), but i would have to wait til jan 07 to write one! If anyone knows more please let me know!

    thanks again folks,
    Steve

P.S. Aswell as obtaining 2 new cards in the past month, I have just received confirmation of my morgage and a loan. probably not a good idea applying for an egg card just yet !!!
Current stoozing balance (Since 23/4/06): -£1335
Matched betting proffit (Since 25/4/06): £295 I think (Getting confusing!)
    Quidco Balance: £55  * Updated 31st May *
If anyone sees any arbs at canbet / betandwin please let me know! *Thanks*

I note from your post on the stoozing board that you (might?) have 5 credit cards now, a £94K mortgage, and a £20K loan - and all on a salary of £15K.

I'm no expert, but I would have thought that once these are reported to the CRA's you will have great difficulty in obtaining any more credit at all.

Cheers grumbler, that looks a good idea. So do you think i should pay in £100 a month in to the saver and then in 6 months apply again for an egg money acc?

Yes, your spot on. I mean im quite amazed that I got it all, although the morgage is through A+L and I have had a savings account with them with approx £1500 in it for a year and also have a cc with them which has always been kept in good standing so that may have helped. The loan was obtained at the same time as the morgage, dont know if that heas any affect on wht i managed to get both.

What I would like to do is try and pay off the loan using 0% cards and save a shed load of £ in interest!

Could be possible if I can get enough credit on 0% cards, however again catch 22 I have to wait to apply for more cards due to all this in a month.

I think I may cancel a couple of cards once I receive the sky and mint card through, that means ill stay at about 3 cards, a morgage and a loan.... then hopefully in 6 months ill be able to get a BT card and then shift the sky and mint debt on to that...

Thanks again for all your input folks, youre all great !!

I think one £100 opening deposit or a few smaller regular ones will be sufficient.
