When you are told the £6k is what the trade price is and there is no profit involved I have a problem to later find out that £2k was pocketed, also the invoice is the warranty so that is why I got it. Builder and his friend, the Manager of this outlet, refused point blank so I wouldnt know what their cut was - I am entitled to the invoice actually, its the warranty and what the problem here is the trading practice and lack of transparency AND lies and the £2k that was taken from me because I was an easy target, single Mum not used to dealing with builders etc. I was paying the builder a daily rate fair and square, Tesco have their overheads, his come out of his daily rate but not profit from the kitchen he says he was giving to me at the price he paid for it! I just dont lies in business, that is not best practice and it is unethical.
