Doesn't sound much of a service to me

    Why do think it isn't a good deal? I've had Homecare with them for a good few years. In my last house (back boiler) they used to take that thing apart. They'd vacuum it too -also had a new pump and various bits and bobs over that time.

    If any repairs are found to be needed when it's serviced, do they charge extra? I've never had a one-off service from them - just had the Homecare plan, which includes repairs and annual service.
