If my Son switches to Sky Broadband from BT, will he be able to keep his BT Email address.
Thanks.

I don't know if it is still the case, but when I moved from BT a couple of years ago, I was told that I could keep my primary email account operational by dialling into their dial-up PAYG internet access number at least once every six months.

IIRC, I did receive an email from them shortly after then warning me that it was about to be deleted.

Have you checked the FAQ's on the BT broadband website?
  • they usually charge for the email but that was a few years ago.

Have you considered getting a free email like gmail?

It's about £12 a year or dial up every 3 months, I think.

You may not need the 200 app contacts my Son needs to keep!
