    What it boils down to is the fact that vodafone are willing to replace the handset, but you believe any future handsets will suffer the same problems, and will the court accept that as reasonable grounds to waive the cancellation fee normally charged by vodafone.
  • Exactly, and that would depend on the judge on the day and whether Vodafone or a CRA would be willing to go to court over £140.00 with the weight of evidence of faulty equipment) against them and the fact that the faulty equipment prevented me from utilizing the service.
