Arava is cyclosporin a drug used for anti-rejection in Kidney transplant and in treating rheumatism and other difficult arthritic diseases. I was on it two years ago and was violently allergic to it, so if your dog's doing OK on it it a star!
I hope the dog recovers soon, they are part of the family and you've done very well to have spent so much!! Luckily I took advice from this forum and changed the dogs insrance last year, though so far not needed to make any claims.0 -
