No Credit, But I Have!
I can't make a call on my PAYG plan, as automated message informs I'm out of calling credit. However, the balance line advises I have £2.75 left.
Has anyone else experienced this situation?
Calling the 'Vodafone' helpline just gets you pushed off to another department that results in then getting cut off, claiming busy lines.

Hi Cadfael
Last week we had some difficulties with our credit system on the Pay as You Go service.
These problems have since been resolved and so you should now be able to use your phone as normal.
If you are still having problems though - drop me an email from the Contact Us form with a link to this thread, all the details and WRT135 in the body of the text and we'll get an answer for you.
