Does anybody know about the e2save price match guarantee?
I filled out the form on their website a couple of days ago and they say they will get back to you within 24 hours. I haven't had a reply and they have not changed the price.
I enquired about the Nokia 7600 as it is £2.99 line rental on CPW and they are selling it for £3.99. They are also linked with CPW so don't you think they should have the same price?

Give 'em a chance - have you not heard of Christmas Bank Holidays? Although the websites are live, I would think that most operations have closed down over Christmas and open again tomorrow - as they rely on the post office or other delivery services and they are closed, they can't send anything anyway! As a result, I suspect that they are closed.
I would think that tomorrow the websites will be updated and services (and sales!) will resume.

Tried numerous times to speak to them waited up to 40 mins. Rang CW having been told of a connection to be told, we are not `connected` we just happen to be owned by the same person, so we can`t help.
e2save prices and delivery, very good. Sales answer in 2 mins (surprise, surprise) Customer service, crap.
One tip, don`t ring the CS number on the website as this costs, ring the FREE sales number, you then get an option to speak to CS ie FREE.0 -
I received a reply from them, so everything is ok. It was the bank holiday that made it a bit late but never mind it doesn't matter now, as they will price match!0

i am looking into nokia6230 or samsung d500 but they have not changed anything on their site since before xmas no sales or anything like that so i am going to wait a week or so
