Trading Standards are there to help

We all offer advice on here, some good some not so but it is good we try and help.
I have always and will always look here for advice be it for phones, banking issues and at the same time i will always from now on contact Trading Standards.
I have just got off the phone to them as i have had 4 months of hell with Orange and when i put the issues to them they said Orange are in breach of contract.
When i called Orange up to advise i have spoken to TS they couldn't do enough for me. What a pity it takes this to get some issues addressed.
