Hi I'm a new user to this site - so excuse me if this has already been covered. Need to get a new mobile phone - need min 500 up to 750 any time mins per month, don't need any texts. Has anyone seen any good deals?
The best packages I can find allowing for cashback appears to be coolnewmobile or buymobilephones.net. Has anyone any experience of whether these companies pay up?
Obviously if they don't pay up - then not a very good deal!!!
Thanks for any help

Hi NickyPercy
coolnewmobile are quite a new company so there isn't a huge amount of feedback here yet, but I have taken out a contract with them for my Dad last month as I felt reasonably confident in them. I haven't heard of buymobilephones.net.
There's a poll here http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=170080 where MSE members are voting for retailers that have paid up and several other polls are linked from that thread too. You can also use the "search this forum" at the top of the page to find every mention of these companies on here.
The main thing is to read up all the advice people have given especially regarding cashback terms and conditions - sometimes they are not crystal clear and so people may have missed out on their cashback on minor technicalities. E2save seems to be generally regarded here as the most reliable and with a simple and clear claims procedure
Also, buy through quidco.com for further cashback!
