a bit about Orange and Vodafone
Hello,
Am planning to cancel my orange contract, but they have my 150 quid deposit. Do you think there will be no problem to get it back? Moreover, will orange send the PAC code to different address, not the one in contract?
If I successfully cancel my orange contract, I plan to get HTC Hero from mobiles.co.uk - 12 months, vodafone, 900 min, unlim texts, internet - for 50 quid a month. 12*50=600. A gift from mobiles.co.uk will be "3 months 1/2 price" which will save me 75 quid, and 40 quid cashback from quidco. 600-75-40=485. Not bad?

Hi there AA Alex, I work for Orange and might be able to help.
Deposits are refunded subject to the customer having a good payment history and complying with the Orange terms and conditions of service. Refunds won’t be given if the customer's account is not up to date.
The PAC letter would be posted to the billing address.
Hope this helps.
