Hi,
I'm wondering if anyone can help me.
Im due for an upgrade this month. Ive decided that I want to switch to O2's simplicity tarrif.
Ive seen via Martins email that you can currently get £100 cashback. Is that limited to going and purchasing a NEW contract and processing a new order. Or can I go via the cashback site and use the upgrade option on O2's website?

Hard to say. If you make a new order it will probably track (if O2 website accepts you as a new 12month sim-only customer), but O2 might not confirm or payout.0

You'd lose your number (if that's a factor), you can't transfer from one acc to another. You'd need to pac out to another network and then back.0
