Jos, the issue I have with lloydsTSB and it is from the threads is that when they make a decision on financial hardship, nobody seems to know why they said yes or no.Hurrah. I'm up to here with those in this old country, who think they're dealing with nice, trustworthy people, when dealing with banks.0 -
