Losing my "free best friend" deal - which is the best deal for me now? PLEASE HELP!!

I’m looking for a new mobile phone to replace my good old Philips C12 with BT Cellnet (O2) - pay as you go + free best friend which I won't be able to use after May.
I only want to use it to phone one landline number at lunchtimes for about 20 mins & to send the occasional text to friends.
Could anyone suggest any mobile phone contracts which may be suitable for me? It's the cost of the daily 20 min lunchtime call to a landline which is my biggest concern.
My mind’s become slightly fuddled through my own searches & any help would really be appreciated!!!!
