Why should the team cause more work than they need by trawling through a members posts and deleting them all, when all they need to do is ban the member causing trouble?

If you know how VBulletin works admin can pull up one posters username
and then click prune and then all posts and threads and user account
and then everything will be gone.

I have sent a PM to BridieJ (I got the name correct this time)

If she so wishes to forward it to you she has my full consent and it may
somehow enlighten you a tad. well I hope so anyway.

and unfortunately just banning them clearly isn't working

    This is true......

I saw one PPR member banned again under a new AE the other day without even realising myself untill afterwards.

The only thing we can do in this instance is to keep reporting if we think someone is trying to get around this ban.

The team do not take these decisions lightly. When they do, as members (if we consider ourselves as true members, and not part of a faction on this site), the least we can do is back them up and support any decision they make.

Here we go again, a "let's all bash the Board Guides" thread.....

    For the umpteenth time:

If you see any form of abuse by ANY member (including BGs) then it should be reported to abuse@moneysavingexpert.com so they can deal with it.
