Do you remember a while ago, we were talking about a cream that improves scarring.....can you remember what it was? DS has quite a bad chicken pox scar on his face :rolleyes:Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

oh, how's this for ironic.
Went to see ex to get Charlie. He has had all his insurance claim for the flood through the ceiling in January whilst he was on the school trip sorted. He has had the contents money, the builders/decorators are paid. He is just waiting for a £320 voucher so he can replace his laptop (not that he ever used it!) which apparently is going to be Currys plus possibly other stores. It's due any day now.
He has had broadband installed and is going to get all 'techno' but is saying he wants to buy a lappy he has seen in Tesco which is on offer with some of the money he has had from the claim and some doubled up clubcard vouchers (he's learning)
The £320 voucher?? He was going to give to me.........to say thankyou for clearing up the house etc etc when it all happened, taking photos (some action shots of the water pouring through the ceiling :rotfl: ) and helping him when he was trying to sort the insurance claim with prices of stuff etc as he couldn't research it himself as he had no internet connection until last week.
That would have bought me a washing machine...............AAAAAAAARGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
Very kind of him though, but bizarrely a bit useless - I don't now need anything electrical :rotfl:
I'm not really sure I could take it anyway."Stay Wonky":D

Take it and sell it on ebay BB - then use the money towards your washing machine - job done!
I've just made a stonkingly hot chilli for tea...smells divine...just waiting for the garlicky wedges to cook to go with it...yum.
In other news, DD1 has joined the ranks of womanhood :j Was very concerned about her eating habits a few weeks back, she was secretly eating carp to try and put on weight as she felt it was the reason nothing has happened....she's so pleased she was in tears....bless her...she'll learn is nothing to be so pleased about, come next month :rotfl:"Start every day off with a smile and get it over with" - W.
