Sorry I think I embedded my answer into your quote? Hope you got the gist of it.

Thanks for that, I got the gist of it. You could always modify the post so it is more readable for others.

Between the seats is what I am after.  Out of interest.  Will it go between two seats of a Chrysler Voyager (seats being a bit  farther apart than most cars)

Each strap is 56" long fully opened from clip to clip. There are 2 straps.
I can email you the instructions if it would help :-/.
    Regards

What is the supplied case like? Will the case allow it to be attached to the seats of a car?
  • it comes complete with a long strap to cross round the seat, bit like cross your heart bra..(sorry didnt know how else to describe it!)
sound is excellent through headphones, and not too tinny without. i have tried a back up in it and that worked ok,. not sure how true it is i read somewhere that if you do this too often it will break the player???? with it not being multi region. dont quote me on i havent a clue. maybe someone can put me right. so i havent had the need to use the hack yet.

I have one on reserve so I will probably go and get it tomorrow.
I seriously doubt playing DVD+/- disks will damage it and I also guess the region free option is a remote hack and therefore does not invalidate warranty. So if it breaks you get it repaired or even better replaced under warranty and get the free upgrade to the 7inch :)
