    no he cant. Maintenance is paid to the PWc to keep the infastructor of the child in place ie gas electric etc.
  • Can you point me in the right direction to find that info on a government site or something? He says he is entitled to do it. I'd like to be able to quote chapter and verse to him

    It matters not, the CSA will come to him for the money if it is tried. The assesment is for 52 weeks a year, end of.

    Except virtually none of them will relate to the "child" while they are on holiday. ;)

    The OP's question can only really be answered if we know whether the CSA are already involved.

    Which for that 2 weeks the child will not have contributed to.

    I would like to know exactly what costs the mother will incur for the child whilst they are on the 2 week holiday with their father.
    Food
    Gas
    Electricity
    Water
    Mortgage/Rent
    Telephone
    Council Tax
    Clothing
    All no, so what else is there?

    This is another case of he mother trying to take cash for herself and not the child.
