Anyone no how i would go about sending my sony ericsson phone away for repair i have a sony eric c902 and it doesnt turn on just vibrates and the camera button lights up , ive updated the software still nuttin, its no insured but still under warrenty anyone pass over some help ?
Better to understand a little than to misunderstand a lot.

I would go back to the shop you bought it from and get them to sort it.
I've got a C905 that has a faulty keypad. To say Sony Ericsson were useless when I spoke to them would be an understatement0 -
When you say you've updated the software, does that mean it actually updates successfully?0
