If you're looking for more 0% deals then best bet is to speak to existing unused cards for any offer and cancelling the cards if they don't. It's always worth a try as it's the quickest way without any new searches on your credit report. Best recent repeat I've had was 9 months 0% with 0% fee from Natwest

Yeah, I did that already. I got offers on a couple that I wanted to shut down but they weren't low enough for me to be interested.0 -
As long as it's 1.5k or above I'm fine, as you can see from my signature.
That's interesting exel - why would that have a bearing? I know that your total number of searches in the past 6 months or so is relevant (abbey would be the only one on my file) as is the number of ccs you have (I cancelled two before getting the abbey one). Are you saying they'd look at what abbey offered specifically, or just the total amount of credit available to me? They can't see what abbey gave me can they?
Its because each lender would not be able to see all the other applications if done simultaneously as as the CRA's need a little time to update files. They are not always done in real time.
I and many other stoozers have used this method successfully, some stoozers to obtain 6 cards at once. You'll find further info on the stoozing thread.
Yes they can see your total available credit, your limits with individual companies and your repayment history and now in some cases how much you actually pay each month and whether you have any promotional rates in force with those cards.0 -
That's really interesting exel.
They gave me a limit of £5,100 which was more than enough. Just to round off this thread!0
