On August 6th Leeds Building Society will launch Issue 14, a fixed rate cash ISA maturing 31.8.14 with a minimum investment of £1 paying 4.60% yearly.
Withdrawals of up to 25% of investment permitted without notice or loss then further withdrawals or closure on 180 day loss of interest. Transfers out on 180 day loss of interest.
Further additions permitted for current tax year only. Transfers in allowed.
