you have to realise that it isn't gonna happen overnight.
the lobbying groups I work with have taken years to get to a position where we are actually beng listened by the powers that be.
I say we sit tight and drive as efficiently as we can with the chepaest fuel we can find.

Different ways of acheiving our goal, whats that supposed to mean? Will it end up like the Talk Talk "Free broadband" offer? You get the money off petrol but have to commit to buying something else that you either don't want or do want but can get cheaper elsewhere!
