Well shock horror not!!! Received my "statements" today going back to 1999 (not)

I actually had a list of charges from June'02 until Dec'06 nothing for 2007 and full statements for 2008 until todays date.

Good old Pam Speed, I can't wait until Monday to call her and send a letter stating that they have not fullfilled my SAR and have just 16 days to do so.

    Incompetent bunch of loosers!!!

Ok so quick update, recieved everything from June 2002 up until todays date with a letter of expected £25 charge 14th Sep plus £0.66 Interest (still waiting for full SAR from Oct 1999-another story lol)

Anyhow, I am putting my claim in this week for £1038.23 (charges) I am fully aware that this will be put on hold but will go as far as LBA.

I am charging interest and I want to do this at their preferred in credit overdraft rate which is 19.9%EAR with a fall back of 8% if and when I need to file N1.Does anybody have a clue how to work this out and your feelings on claiming this if you have done this yourself?

    Thanks again

    Stu

quick bump-is the contractual interest the 19.9 in credit OD rate or the 27.9 unauth OD rate(variable)
any help or if anyone has claimed this and has any info would be appreciated.

I wouldn't touch contractual interest or go to court so on this one I have to step out.
My reason is FSA Waiver related and furthermore, on contractual interest I think it is difficult to argue(see Halliday v. HBOS 2008)
