Three want to charge me for cancelling contract
I managed to get out of my contract with 3 due to the change in their terms and conditions
My contract finished on june 25th and i received my last bill which was for about £3 I've now received another bill for cancelling my contract for £50 it was due to finish in september.
What should i do I've cancelled the dd but i havent called them yet
Any advice welcome

Write to them, keep a copy and say that no cancellation fee is due, because cancellation was due to changes in terms and conditions. I doubt it will shut them up, to start with but this is where you must start.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. I have been having problems with Vodafone with loss of service in my area. I have 4 contracts with them and have been a customer for about 10 years. They say I can cancel one of my contracts if I do one of the following:
1. Send back the equipment which I understood was free.
2. Failing that give them £381 to cancel,
Is this acceptable given that the reason for cancelling was for deterioration of service which they sat they do not have to guarantee?0
