i was recently chatting to one of my friends who wanted a new phone contract with vodafone, i am already on vodafone so i rang them because its free from my mobile. Before i handed the phone over to my friend, i jokingly asked if i got anything for recommending a friend! the answer is yes! £50 off your phone bill after the new contract has paid for 3 months! i don't know if any other providers offer this but its worth asking!!

have not you found here threads relating to Mis-selling of contracts by vodafone?
This could just be other con from their marketting team.
People who were promised a deal were told it could not be found on their system the very next day they been offered.....3 months with a verbal promise to trust from vodafone is toooooooooooooooo long a time.....lol...

Just thought I'd come on here to assure that our Recommend A Friend scheme is genuine and providing the person who you've recommended pays their initial three bills by their due dates you'll have no problem claiming the £50.00 credit once the third payment has cleared.
