Got a voucher yesterday- I emailed them and hey said it would be middle September and sure enough just under a £5 worth of vouchers and loads of bonus point ones. Happy days,!:j0

They are automatically 'redeeming' anything I earn for airmiles - it would take me till I retire to do much with them. Try to change to vouchers or whatever, no-one replies. Sod Shell, they can stick it - back to Tesco or Sainsburys0

In fairness when I have e-mailed they have alays responded. When I changed my card over they even gave me 50 bonus points!0

not only are new applications stopped for the Citi card but as from 1 October the rebate on Shell petrol reduces from 3% to 1%
AND the basic 1% cashback on everything else is down to 0.25%
AND there is now a £120 pa cap on total cashback earnable
bye bye Citi card, Shells drivers club, and Shell petrol I'm off back to the supermarkets and my Amex card
They are withdrawing the Shell card completely in the New Year, so no more rebates."You should know not to believe everything in media & polls by now !"
