Anybody else having issues with this? I thought they issued statements quarterly, but I haven't received anything recently and when I log on the last statement date is 01/01/09 to 01/03/09. Is there a problem with it- points are still being added however! Heard the CS is crap so thought I'd check here first?

there was a big thread on how poor the shell drivers club shceme was last year. i posted on it how bad my experiences were with them.

dont be expecting anything soon from them, it takes forever.

I have had my card for over a year and use it regularly for V-power. I have han no communication from shell in that whole time I e-mailed them today to find out why and got this response:

"Thank you for your correspondence regarding the Shell Drivers’ Club.

Your points have been redeemed for Money Off Fuel Voucher at the end of June 2009 and you will recieve your vouchers in September 2009."


We shall see as by their quarterly statement thing I should have had some before and never saw them.


Also has any body else noticed how bad the rewards are? you have to spend nearly £2.5k on fuel to get £10 off by my reckoning Also they say the V-power club is invitation only if you buy 300L in one quater which I do almost every month and never had an "invite"

I only use it because I get Shell cashback with the Citi card, the Drivers club card wouldn't make me go to Shell.

same here I have never received anything from the drivers club, been a member since it started but only spend £40 - 60 so no idea if I have earned anything yet and have forgotten my log in details

so much for that

not only are new applications stopped for the Citi card but as from 1 October the rebate on Shell petrol reduces from 3% to 1%

AND the basic 1% cashback on everything else is down to 0.25%
AND there is now a £120 pa cap on total cashback earnable


bye bye Citi card, Shells drivers club, and Shell petrol I'm off back to the supermarkets and my Amex card

I am the same had a card for ages my boyfiend is a taxis driver so we use it tons and had nothing at all from them total waste of time. i have tons of points keep looking at online account and still i get nothing even after telling them what vouchers we would like.

I got £4 reward voucher online- but no evidence of it coming through my door. :mad:

I emailed them but I can see the response already, 'We posted it nothing we can do'. Cynical perhaps but...:rolleyes:

got my first voucher yesterday (joined sep 08). only £4 but better than nothing. i'll put that towards the extra 2p charge that comes in from tomorrow!
