Whats so wrong with lenders selling their book - so long as conditions remain unchanged

This is an excellent point. Conditions do change however after the sale of the mortgage book. Interest rate hikes that are managed by exception (an FOS complaint currently going through as we speak). I emphasise however this has no relationship to me or any of the company's employees)

Normal services to stave off adverse repossessions are not available.
Advising your mortgage lender of perceived or possible problems in the future cannot be dealt with.

This is to name a few.

In addition, to be fair...nor do we you. We can only try our best. Please be assured there is no personal gain from doing this other than evolving the debate and what ever needs to be changed can be. It has been recognisable though that Homer_J the only mortgage advisor ‘seemingly’ amongst the users here is trying to deliberately thwart debate. Again, though we would welcome everyone including the companies mentioned to advise us if we are way off course? Respectfully provided and respectfully listened too. There can only be one reason we can think of that a Mortgage Advisor would complain of open, intelligent, mature discussions and debate.

But in context to my statement "I have no idea who you are " ... it related to you stating I had invited you to post ...

No not at all. It is a free link to consumers to a site we respect.



We have amended our site to reflect that there is no association between the 2 and to ensure that this reflects a true status. This is again, a FREE link to a site and a person that we trust and respect.

Trouble is ( quote - we have amended) , as you have now confirmed you are associated with that site , surely this conflicts the rules of this board of posting links to "your own site" on these boards ( unless you get pre express permission)

this would have likely been less of a problem if it was not for the various adverts splattered across "your site"

Gosh! All we did was refer to specific points and have no aim of promoting the site until you made an issue of this. We could have just re-written the whole lot. You can also see where we could have been more extravagant in our url postings but that would take away the emphasis of the debate.

My only relationship with the site is that I am a forum poster and authorised publisher.
