I don't have an issue with the research or even some of the thinking behind this ( I certainly not going to start defending sub prime lenders nor brokers in this field)
BUT the thread is just not constructive way of getting your point acrossAny posts on here are for information and discussion purposes only and shouldn't be seen as (financial) advice.0 -
The Thread is titled Sub Prime Lending. That is the topic. It seems to me that there are very few people here that understand this concept. Maybe the 100 threads is more to do with the lack of sensible reaction from this forum. It does however have a real consumer point and therefore may not be for the commercial aspirations of presnt visitors. We may though start to send our visitors here to read up on this industry.0

Everyone here can see my profile also and contact me at anytime via PM or E-Mail. Personally speaking I think Emma has doen a good job regardless of the constraints she has encountered here. Out numbered but certainly not outclassed. Even though she is only 20!0

I think you will find a number of the advisers on this site have links to their own homepages , with personal details.
I removed mine & signature disclaimers ( like those you see on many others--- BTW ost copied mine !) I did this partly to ensure that it was known that I was not touting for business , but also following certain articles relating to how the public should source / pay for advice , that I disagreed with, and these days my posts on here are rarely related to mortgage guidanceAny posts on here are for information and discussion purposes only and shouldn't be seen as (financial) advice.0 -
