Hope this this has gone through and that the stress period is over for you.
I had to wait until 3pm to exchange once and I'd had the day off to go and get paint etc to decorate the moment I could, I was none to happy either!

got hold of the solicitor at 2 o'clock, he admitted he forgot to phone us and appologised over and over.
we have handed they keys over and finally its all over after 15 weeks with no chains involved, disgusting really. but i'm happy now.

Great stuff. We had a similar situation on out last completion day. Kept phoning ea and solicitor. Then at around 3 I phoned solicitor again: 'Oh yes, you have now completed. Sorry, I meant to phone you earlier.'
