i was going to say there is an independant tyre fitting place in cambourne that we used last year which was v good - where we were staying recommended them, oh is a mechanic so no way would we ever go to kwikfit'We're not here for a long time, we're here for a good time0

I don't shout about it when I get a fair price and good service, because that is what I expect. I pay them and say Thank You.
It seems nowadays we should be happy (and surprised) with getting exactly what we pay for.0 -

I do find people's stories of a positive service experience helpful. In the past they used to be called recommendations. It's not new.0 -

That's exactly what I believe. The only time I would go out of my way to thank or praise a company is if they have done something "above and beyond" the standard of service I expect...If it looks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, we have at least to consider the possibility that we have a small aquatic bird of the family anatidae on our hands
