what s that meant to mean dont dig any deeper i can ask wat i want thank you !
I think you know fine well you meant in advance and that you meant tax credits. (Not that CB is any different)
Payment in advance is a silly idea as explained in my previous post and paid in arrears is an even sillier idea due to the interest you could have earned had you received it monthly and banked.
Hence why i said dont dig a deeper hole for yourself and embarass yourself even further. You've got your answer, sorry to humiliate you but you should have thought about what you were posting.
Its either in advance or in arrears, there's no inbetween. So what did you mean0 -

You are behaving like a child now and that hole is getting deeper and deeper every post you make.
Answer the question, in advance or in arrears? Its either 1 or the other
I do not believe you have phoned anyone.0 -

So you want them to hold off payment for 12mths and then pay you in August 2010? In simple terms this means you do not receive a penny in tex credits from now until then:think:
Why on earth would you want them to do that? A better idea would be too keep it coming every month as normal, bank it and earn interest on the amount.0 -
iv only just applied for the childcare elememt and iv managed to pay for it for the last 2 years without recieving anything i wanted to know if i could get it yearly as a kind of saving to prob pay for a holiday for me and my daughter seen as iv bin able to manage and before you ask why ant i claimed before thats because my daughter is looked after by a foster carer instead of a childminder and i did nt know i could claim:mad: still waiting on halifax claim

You've lost me now.
I have no idea if you can or cannot get it paid in arrears but to me paying it in arrears by a full year is a silly idea due to the interest you could have earned on those amounts.
If you are only claiming childcare element now, you will have to wait until August 2010 until your year has been ''earned''
Why would you be entitled to childcare help when your child is with a foster carer? Infact dont answer that as you have confused me enough with your ramblings.0 -
No you cannot get it paid yearly - even if you get it the year after you started paying for it. TCO will only backdate the change for 3 months so you would lose 9 months of your costs.
They will pay it weekly/4weekly and it will be paid with your regular CTC payment.
To be fair to mitchaa and alwaysonthego, your post was not particularly clear. You may have known what you were on about but it took me until the last reply from you to figure out what you meant.0
