No it isn't, they only pay monthly.0 -
Why on earth would you want it yearly?
What if your child was to die 1 month in out of the 12, would you pay the 11months back?

Well you were obviously meaning in arrears then which would mean you would have to go without for 12mths before you got the paymentEqually as silly as if you wanted to do that you are just as well as getting it monthly and putting it into a savings account and earning interest on it.
