They've now changed the system so that you have to verify your account every time you claim a reward. Everyone should make sure they keep a record of the phone number they originally used, in case they change mobiles any time.

In case of difficulties with phones being changed, lost, stolen, broken, etc, you can contact postmaster@pigsback.com and they should be able to sort it out for you.

How do I claim as I do not have a mobile phone? I wrote to them, but there has been no reply. Anyone can help please?

I claimed a £50 cd-wow reward on friday. Arrived sunday, spent by monday :D

My Pigsback account has neither a home nor mobile number on it, as is my choice (and these fields are not mandatory might i add).

There is no way they can verbally contact me for any kind of verification, so it is impossible to say that all people will have to verify their accounts in this way, unless the supply of phone numbers is made mandatory, in which case PB will have to write to all members and advise them they need to update their tel nos.

Furthermore, pigsback will then have to state somewhere in their T&Cs that such calls will be made and that this is purely for rewards verification purposes.

They cannot just call you out of the blue - you have to agree that this can happen.
It's BOUGHT (to Buy), not BROUGHT (to bring) AND you cannot be frauded, only DEfrauded.

Please do not buy animals from a pet store. Visit your local sanctuary or centre and give a good home to an unloved or abandoned animal.

I've just had a reply back from them after asking the very same question.

They said: "Mobile validation for members without phones is dealt on a case by case basis - please let me know your year of birth and postal address and I will validate your account."

Perhaps they check the electoral register (?)

Yes, I lost a £10 Boots voucher over christmas period, but its for free anyway! I have had several rewards, with no problems for a long time! Even fell out with CDWow but I think Pigsback is worth persevering with, as already I have had about £70 rewards. I have had no reason to use anything on their site other than CyberSlotz which I lost pretty quickly!! So for a couple of clicks of a morning I think I have done very well.

keep it going Darragh!! luvin it! [my pathetic try at Disco Talk.]

I've had a few vouchers from pb now and when I have had to contact them about anything they have been prompt and helpful to me. Darragh seems to work very hard to keep the customer services side going and in my experience he does very well. In the general scheme of things - I've got good rewards for spending relatively little - so I am very grateful to pb:) ..... just my opinion.

I dont think this has been mentioned.

If you do not have a mobile phone, try entering your home number. It will send a text to your home phone (the phone will ring), you pick it up and then a man reads out the text for you.

[Not sure if this will work, pigsback may force you to enter 07, cant remember now it was so long ago!]
