When the new thread starts (which shouldn't be to far away judging on the lenghth of this one) and cuppatea posts the initial information, if our regular daily quiz posters and crossword posters attempt to procure a post on the first page also, they then can update it daily with the quizes and crossword links by using the edit function, extra work for them having to duplicate their nightly postings but a copy and paste would do it taking less than a minute.

That sounds like a very good idea to me.

And seeing as the links for the comps are always the same, it'd make it even easier.

Obviously it would mean that people would only be able to thank that particular post once, but then if people are really bothered about their thanks counts, they can just stick a new post up with 'Competition answers just added - see post number 2' so that people can still thank them and they'll still get their thanks count. (That's if the thanks button ever comes back, of course. ;) )

Whilst reading through the discussions I noticed some comment that companies such as quidco should also have an representative on here to offer advice etc.

Apologies if it has already been said (just skim read all those posts!) but there is a quidco thread here:

    http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=190001

with a user named 'quidco' who does seem to give advice and help with problems etc.

Thought perhaps that might help someone :)

A bit concerned as me, mum and son usually check our a/cs together for quickness, do the quizzes and clickthru's etc. Now I realise it's gonna look very suspicious. Will have to all do it separately from now on, boo hoo.

I had to do an emergency order last week to Tesco's

48 bottles of Wolf Blass Yellow label. With all the points codes and discounts got them at £4.31 each and an extra 2000 points.

Now the only problem I have is what to do with the corkscrew as they all have screw tops.
