My friend was checking PB site for other members of his family most days, hence being accused of having 3 accounts. All 3 accounts were then closed, but he was given a chance to choose one to stay open by giving address, dob etc details. He did that. (but that account has not been reinstated yet)Will that be a new account starting all over again and all the points he saved up be gone?

So your friend* was checking our site for other people? Surely that takes the whole point of it away? Nice of him to do it and all, but no, isn't it obvious why we closed it down? The accounts may as well all be his (he's seeing all the offers and competitions and all the other "advertising" and they're not, thus negating the purpose of the site).

I'm sorry, but I personally have NO tolerance for duplicate accounts. I am perfectly delighted for every member of the family to have their own account etc if they're genuine (which most tend to be) but if you try and use the Pigsback.com site fraudulently, what choice does the company have have?

All these things are taken on a case-by-case basis so there's no standard "this is what we'll do". The one thing I will ask is - be honest with us, confess if you've been naughty etc and we're more likely to be lenient.

The vast majority of our members are honest people who have one account and are perfectly happy with same. I'd suggest your friend stop checking other members accounts to avoid any possibility that we mistake his actions...
